What is a land survey, and why might I need one?
A land survey is a process where a professional surveyor measures and maps the boundaries, features, and topography of a piece of land. You need one to ensure accurate property lines, settle disputes, comply with regulations, and plan for construction or improvements. It helps protect your investment by providing precise details about the land.
What type of survey do I need?
The type of survey you need depends on your specific requirements, such as property boundaries, construction planning, or land development. For detailed descriptions of our services, please visit our Services page.
What areas do you service?
We primarily service Pinal and Maricopa counties. This includes but is not limited to, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence, Arizona City, Maricopa, Casa Grande, Coolidge, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Apache Junction. If your project is located outside these areas, please contact us, and we will be happy to discuss whether we can accommodate your needs.
Can I have just one property corner marked during the survey?
No, Arizona county regulations require a full boundary survey to be recorded if a single property corner requires a monument set. Please visit the Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards webpage for more information on Arizona boundary survey requirements.
How long does a survey take?
The duration of a survey depends on the type of survey being conducted. We will provide you with our current schedule along with your free quote, and we also offer an Expedited service option for additional fee if you require a faster turnaround.
Can an old survey be used, or do I need a new one?
In some cases, an old survey may be acceptable if it is still relevant and accurate. However, we recommend obtaining a new survey to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information, especially if there have been changes to the property or surrounding area.
