Commercial
Our team is involved with all facets of the commercial development process. We provide ALTA surveys to assist the design team or to secure a strong financial position with a lender. Some of our team members have been providing construction staking for sites around Arizona since 1999. From a small coffee shop to a Costco Distribution Center, no project is too big or too small.
Mining
Growing up in the small mining towns of Elko Nevada and Globe, Arizona, the leadership team of D2 Surveying understands the mining industry’s significant role in rural communities. For 10 years, D2 Surveying has helped with construction staking, design surveys, quantity surveys, and even remediation surveys to improve the mining process and the communities surrounding the mines.
Irrigation Transmission
Our team has surveyed over 300 miles of irrigation systems in central Arizona. Specializing in irrigation pipe and canal work, members of D2 Surveying have built strong relationships with the Pima Maricopa Irrigation District, Maricopa Stanfield Irrigation and Drainage District, San Carlos Irrigation and Drainage District, Central Arizona Project, and Chandler Heights Irrigation District.
Road Construction
Building Roads has become an integral part of our company’s success. We have provided road staking for freeways, highways, arterial roads, and small local roads. Owners of these projects include, the Federal Highway Administration, ADOT, City of Mesa, Town of Queen Creek, City of Chandler, City of Phoenix, Town of Gilbert, Pinal County, Town of Payson, City of Coolidge, Town of Florence, and the list is growing every year.
Utility Infrastructure
Our company works hand in hand with local and statewide utility companies to design, document, locate, and establish hundreds of easements annually. Our construction teams stake water, sewer, gas, and electrical lines weekly, driving infrastructure improvements across Arizona.
